MODEL PHOTOGRAPHY

A strong modeling portfolio will help you succeed in today's fashion and glamour world. All model portfolios should concentrate on the model, their poise, presence, and form. From a photographic end, light, form, composition and color all play an important role in creating great shots, but an equally important aspect of model photography is the ability to express emotion and mood. We have a casual, friendly and fun yet, professional atmosphere that will make you feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera.

If you are thinking of taking up modeling, or if you just want nice photographs of yourself, see what we can do for you. If you’re already a model, we can help you update your model portfolio with a new and fresh look. We also provide experimental, speculative and ad-mock-ups for portfolios. For Boudoir, suggestive, semi-nude or (figure) nude photos, if needed for portfolio, require the model to be 18 years or older. (None under 18.)

We fully guarantee the quality of our work. Contact us today and help us help you to look your best!

PLANNING FOR A SESSION:

When planning for a model photography session with us, here are some general guidelines that should be followed:

Your body: Clean. Use a Clear Deodorant as not to leave marks or stains. Shave body-hair carefully. (For male models: Bring a razor if shots will include facial hair [stubble] and without.)
Hair: Clean. Nothing done to it (will be changed to for each shoot).
  Nails: Manicured.
  Face: Clean and Moisturized.
One week before: Check you hair to see if it needs a trim or cut. Drink water. Start getting appropriate rest. Workout and tone your body.
A few days before the shoot: Drink water. Workout and tone the body. If needed, wax or tweeze eyebrows and bikini line. (Do NOT do this the day before the shoot.) Gather your clothes and accessories. Wash and press your shoot clothes. Manicure and Pedicure (as needed).
Night before: It is very important to have lots of rest and sleep. Drink plenty of water.
Day of the shoot: Wake up with plenty of time to prepare, but not too early. Youíll want to be refreshed and energetic. Make sure clothes are wrinkle free. If shooting in swimwear or lingerie, moisturize the entire body. Pack clothes carefully. Use appropriate methods of carrying clothes especially if shooting in dresses or formalwear.
Especially if traveling a long distance, take a minute before you leave and make sure you have everything youíll need.
Arrival: Please never arrive late. We may have more appointments on the same day. Please arrive 10 minutes early but never arrive more than 20 minutes early.

What you should bring:

1) Bring your favorite music, lots of drinking water, and some fruit for a snack.
2) Youíll want 4-5 different looks that focus on accessories, textures & clean necklines (e.g., Sporty, casual, swimsuit, formal, clubwear, etc.) The clothing should accentuate you and you features not subtract from you.
3) Come well rested and ready to take great pictures. The session usually lasts 2 1/2 to 5 hours.
4) Although we normally donít allow friends (including boyfriends or girlfriends) or family from attending shoots, we may allow one person as long as this will not hinder the photo shoot in any way. However, if you are 17 years of age or under, you must have a parent or guardian present for the entire shoot.
5) No pets please.
